The most basic bet type. Pick whether the home team wins, the match ends in a draw, or the away team wins. Perfect for beginners.
The stronger team is given a negative goal handicap to level the playing field. This creates more balanced odds and better betting value.
Predict whether the total goals in a match will be over or under a set value. The result doesn't depend on which team wins or loses.
Predict whether both teams will score in the match. Easy to understand and offers solid odds on certain fixtures.
Combine multiple bets into a single slip. Odds are multiplied together for a bigger potential payout. All selections must win for you to collect.
Cash out part or all of your winnings before the match ends. Full control over your bets – ideal when the situation changes.
If you've tried other Sports Betting platforms before, you're probably familiar with some common frustrations – low odds, a clunky interface, slow withdrawals, or unresponsive customer support. At roll996, we want your experience to be far better than that.
Since opening to Malaysian players, roll996 has built a reputation as the platform that offers the best odds on local sports — particularly for the Liga Super Malaysia and badminton. Many players have switched to roll996 after noticing that odds for Johor DT matches or Lee Zii Jia bouts are consistently higher here than anywhere else. A difference of 0.05 to 0.15 in odds may seem small, but if you're betting consistently throughout the season, it can make a very meaningful difference to your long-term returns.
No explanation needed — football is Malaysia's number one sport, and it's also the most active betting category on roll996. We offer full coverage of the Malaysia Super League, with each match featuring over 50 different betting market options.
For local leagues, roll996 pays special attention given that many of our players are die-hard fans of clubs like Johor Darul Ta'zim, Selangor FC, KL City, Kedah Darul Aman, Perak FC, and Sabah FA. We ensure odds for every Super League match are updated accurately based on the latest analysis, including head-to-head records, key player injuries, and pitch conditions.
Beyond the Super League, roll996 also covers top international leagues including the EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, FIFA World Cup, and more. Over 40 football leagues from around the world are available on our platform, so there's always something to bet on at any time.
Malaysia is a world badminton powerhouse, and here at roll996 we take immense pride in that. That's why we offer the most comprehensive badminton coverage of any local sports betting platform — from the BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open, All England, Thomas & Uber Cup, and BWF World Championships, all the way to the Olympic Games. It's all on roll996.
For local stars like Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia, Wooi Yik, Pearly Tan, M. Thinaah, and other doubles pairs representing Malaysia – we offer odds that reflect their true reputation and form. You can bet on match winners, set results, total points, and other options depending on the tournament.
One thing roll996 players love is that we also offer in-play betting for badminton. This means you can place bets while the second or third set is in progress, capitalising on momentum shifts during a match. Sometimes the odds on a Malaysian player improve after they drop the first set – and that's exactly the right moment to jump in with an in-play bet at roll996.
All your betting activity and financial records on roll996 are protected with SSL 256-bit encryption. We never share your personal information with any third party. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy full policy.
Esports betting has been the fastest-growing segment at roll996 over the past two years, and it's no surprise given how active Malaysia's esports community is. MPL Malaysia, one of the most prestigious Mobile Legends: Bang Bang leagues in the region, is a major draw for Malaysian players on roll996.
Teams like Todak, RSG Malaysia, HomeBois, Team SMG, and more are already household names in the local esports community. At roll996, we cover every MPL match series with a wide range of markets, including series winner, map handicap, and total maps played.
Beyond MPL Malaysia, roll996 also covers betting for PUBG Mobile Malaysia, Valorant Champions Tour MY, Dota 2 The International, CS2 Major, and many other international esports tournaments popular among younger Malaysian players. This makes roll996 the go-to platform for a new generation of players who are more at home in the esports world than in traditional sports.
One of the most popular features among roll996 players is in-play or live betting. Unlike pre-match betting, which can only be done before kick-off, in-play betting lets you place wagers at any point while the match is ongoing.
Picture this: Liverpool are up against Chelsea. In the 25th minute, Chelsea receive a red card and Liverpool take control of the match. Liverpool's win odds shorten from 1.78 to 1.35, while Chelsea's odds surge to 6.50. If you believe Chelsea can still hold on and snatch a goal, this is the perfect moment to jump in with an in-play bet on roll996.
Roll996 updates in-play odds every 10–15 seconds for live-streamed matches. On top of that, the Cash Out feature lets you lock in a portion of your winnings before the match ends. If Liverpool are winning 2–0 in the 85th minute but you're worried they might concede late, you can cash out and receive, say, RM 92 of your potential RM 100 payout. It's a level of betting control that most other platforms simply don't offer.
It's easier to make sound decisions when you genuinely understand the sport. If you're a passionate Malaysia Super League fan, start there before exploring other leagues. In-depth knowledge of teams, players, and playing patterns is a real edge.
Decide how much you're willing to spend before opening roll996. Use the Deposit Limit feature in your account settings to make sure you don't overspend. Sports betting should be entertainment, not a financial burden.
One of the most common mistakes is placing larger bets after a loss in an attempt to win back what you've lost. It's the fastest way to burn through your bankroll. Make sure every bet is based on analysis, not emotion.
Cash Out is a handy tool, but don't pull the trigger too early. If your team is winning comfortably with plenty of time left, let the bet ride. Cash out when there's a significant shift in the match that gives you reason for concern.
Deposit bonuses and weekly rebates at roll996 offer real added value. Read the bonus terms carefully and plan how you use them. A 5% weekly rebate means a portion of your losses is returned to you – a solid safety net to have.
